Welcome to Dog and Wellness. By accessing our website, applying for membership, purchasing services, or entering our facility, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Membership & Eligibility
 

Dog and Wellness operates as a private, members-only social club. Membership is a privilege, not a right, and is subject to the following conditions:

• Vetting: All dogs must pass a temperament assessment and application review prior to entry. We reserve the right to deny membership to any dog based on behavioral history or assessment results.

• Spay/Neuter: All dogs over the age of 6 months must be spayed or neutered.

• Vaccinations: Owners must provide proof of current vaccinations for Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), and Bordetella. Dogs must also be on an active flea and tick prevention regimen.

• Health: Dogs exhibiting symptoms of communicable diseases (coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy) are strictly prohibited from entering the facility until cleared by a veterinarian.
   

2. Code of Conduct
 

To maintain the safety and serenity of our sanctuary, all members agree to the following standards:

• Zero Tolerance for Aggression: Any dog exhibiting aggressive behavior (biting, snapping, unprovoked growling) toward other dogs or humans will be asked to leave immediately. Repeated incidents may result in the revocation of membership without refund.

• Owner Supervision: Dog and Wellness is not a daycare. Owners must remain on the premises and maintain visual contact with their dogs at all times. You are responsible for your dog's behavior.

• Excessive Barking: To respect the calm atmosphere of our lounge and workspace, we ask owners to intervene if their dog is barking excessively.

• No Outside Food/Toys: To prevent resource guarding, outside dog toys and treats are not permitted in the off-leash turf zones.
   

3. Billing, Cancellations, & Refunds
 

• Automatic Billing: Membership fees are billed automatically on a monthly recurring basis to the payment method on file.

• Cancellation Policy: Memberships are month-to-month. You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' written notice via our member portal or by emailing [contact@dogandwellness.com].

• Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-billing cycle.

• Fee Changes: Dog and Wellness reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with 30 days' notice to active members.
   

4. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
 

By entering Dog and Wellness, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Assumption of Risk: The behavior of animals is unpredictable. While we strictly vet our community, you assume all risks associated with bringing your dog into an off-leash environment, including but not limited to: bites, scratches, knocks, or disease transmission.

• Release of Liability: You hereby release, waive, and discharge Dog and Wellness LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, sickness, or property damage resulting from your use of the facility.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dog and Wellness LLC from any claims or legal actions resulting from damages or injuries caused by your dog to other members, staff, or property.
   

5. Media Release
 

We love celebrating our community. By entering the facility, you grant Dog and Wellness permission to use photos or video footage of you and your dog taken on the premises for marketing, social media, and website purposes without compensation.
 

6. Termination of Access
 

Dog and Wellness reserves the right to terminate or suspend the membership of any individual who violates these Terms, harasses staff or other members, or whose dog creates an unsafe environment. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
 

7. Governing Law
 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
